Deposits: A Deposit can be paid as an upfront fee to hold a clients placement on the schedule for a specific date and time discussed and agreed upon with Sparkle Maid Cleaning Services. Deposits are non-refundable and in the event of a missed appointment date clients will be directed to visit the company website www.sparklemaidcleaningservices.com to pay their rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling Fee: A Rescheduling Fee is requested to paid after a client has missed their appointment date or time or has had to make changes due to personal life or business circumstances. The Rescheduling Fee is Non-Refundable and is to be paid on the date of a missed appointment. Failure to reschedule and pay the rescheduling fee within 48hrs of a missed appointment will automatically make the full amount of the cleaning due and clients will no longer be able to pay a rescheduling fee. Once the rescheduling time period has been missed clients will be prompted to pay the full amount of the cleaning service fee in order to seal another placement on the schedule and the full amount of the cleaning becomes non-refundable. Clients are asked to keep track of their cleaning date and time as this is a strict policy and by choosing sparkle maid cleaning services as your cleaning provider you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Property Access: If a client has scheduled a date and time for their cleaning appointment and has either paid a deposit, rescheduling fee, or full amount for cleaning and the company is unable to access the inside of the property after 10 minutes of arrival to the property the client will be responsible for paying the rescheduling fee. In the event that client wishes for the cleaning individual/individuals to wait for access there will be an additional Access Fee of $30.00 due before any cleaning can be started on the property. If the client decides that they want to cancel after arrival all funds paid in advance become non-refundable. These Non-Refundable fees are the deposit, rescheduling fee, and the full cleaning amount for services. This is a strict policy and by choosing sparkle maid cleaning services as your cleaning provider you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Arrival Time : Sparkle Maid Cleaning Services follows a time window when arriving for cleaning appointments. Clients are to give the company a 2-hour window for arrival. Specific timing request can be fulfilled only if discussed and agreed upon between client and service provider. Sparkle Maid Cleaning Services follows a time window as a safety measure as anything can happen and we ask that clients are understanding to these terms. The time window is also helpful in the event that the provider would have to cancel the cleaning appointment and gives clients an advance notice respectfully of their time and life schedules. In the event that the service provider cancels on the client; provider will make a $30.00 adjustment to the full amount being paid for services and there will be no rescheduling fee. The appointment will be rescheduled for the date and time that the client chooses as a courtesy for any inconvenience the client may have incurred on that date.

Specific - 11:00am
Note: Specific times come with a 15-minute grace period for arrival

Initial Cleaning: Recurring Clients are to pay for an initial cleaning for the size of their residence before ongoing recurring appointments can be started. This is to ensure that the property is in the appropriate clean start condition for ongoing appointments. The initial cleaning is a deeper cleaning that is provided to bring the residence up to par. As the client continues to receive services the cleanings will be customized for main deeper focuses complemented with an all around standard cleaning until the following upcoming appointment.
Recurring Contract Agreement: There is a minimum client service contract of 2 months. Biweekly: 4 appointments in time period| Weekly: 8 appointments in time period. At the time of renewal on the 1st of the third month clients have the option to renew for the minimum term amount or longer( Max 4- months at a time) Clients have the option to enter a No Contract Agreement however, Recurring payments will be higher as it imposes a high risk for appointment placement scheduling and timing inconvenience. No Contract Commitments will be agreed upon between client and service provider. Terms of the agreement will be documented and client will receive a copy to ensure understanding of fee amounts and guidelines to follow during the amount of time client wishes to have services provided.
Recurring Payments: Payments for recurring services are to be made on a monthly basis between the 1st and the 5th of each month for weekly and bi-weekly appointments. Appointment date and times will be agreed upon in advance after the initial cleaning has been conducted and is due to be paid in full on the next recurring visit.
Recurring Days: Each client will be given a specific day of the week for their recurring visits to fall on each time. (Ex: Scheduled on a Wednesday, next appointment will be on a Wednesday) If the clients recurring day comes and has a 5th week in the month that indicates that the client will receive 3 bi-weekly appointments instead of 2. Client will be notified in advance and the full monthly amount to be paid should reflect the additional appointment for the month.
Recurring Rescheduling: In the event that a recurring client has to reschedule the appointment must be for one day in the same week of the recurring clients' specific day. If this is not possible the recurring client may proceed into the following week on a day of their choosing and agreed upon with provider, but the rescheduling fee is mandatory to be paid.( "Please see Recurring Clients section on booking page for Rescheduling Fee amount") The clients recurring schedule will continue as normal on the date and time agreed upon for the month.
Examples: Original appointment- Monday the 4th
Rescheduled for Thursday the 7th = No Rescheduling Fee
Original appointment -Monday the 4th
Rescheduled for Tuesday the 12th= Pay Rescheduling fee
Bi- weekly normal schedule resumes- Monday the 18th
