We offer residential cleaning services for offices of all sizes. We are committed to maintaining a clean and healthy work environment for our clients.

            Desk Area

• Wipe down desks with a microfiber cloth.
• Vacuum carpet, rugs, and floors
• Wipe computer screens.
• Dust shelves, keyboards, and other areas that collect debris.
• Disinfect key tools (computer mice, staplers, or any common tools that many people use).
• Interior window cleaning near desks.
• Organize items around desk area
• Dusting in wall corners

          Bathrooms

• Disinfect top and bottom of toilets and surrounding area
• Disinfect sinks and countertops.
• Replace all toilet paper and paper towel rolls.
• Wipe mirrors.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust any hard-to-reach areas (windowsills, corners)

         Kitchen

• Wash, disinfect, and put away dishes 
• Sanitize all surfaces, including counters, cabinets, and tables 
• Disinfect the inside of the sink and backsplashes 
• Wipe down the interiors and exteriors of small appliances, including the microwave and coffee maker 
• Clean the inside and outside of the oven, refrigerator, and freezer Refill kitchen supplies, including dish soap, dish towels, and sponges 
• Clean the windows and dust the windowsills
• Sweep and mop the floors 
• Take out the trash, disinfect the garbage can, replace the trash bag 
• Make sure all kitchen supplies are arranged nicely 

            Living Room Areas

• Wipe down end tables, coffee tables, other furniture, and shelving 
• Dust appliances, such as televisions and other electronics, and décor 
• Clean the window and glass door interiors and wipe down the windowsills 
• Dust any light fixtures, such as ceiling fans and lamps 
• Sanitize frequently touched items like TV remotes and light switches  
• Launder any throw blankets and replace them once clean
• Use a vacuum cleaner attachment to clean under the couch cushions 
• Sweep and mop and/or vacuum the floors as appropriate 
• Ensure any media, such as books, DVDs, and board games, as well as any décor or artwork, are arranged nicely 
• Put the welcome book in an area where it will be easily accessible 

            Bathrooms

• Gather dirty towels and bathmats and launder
• Check the drawers and cabinets for personal items (if found, notify host)
• Clean the mirrors and windows using a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner
• Clean and disinfect the countertops, backsplashes, sinks, and faucets 
• Scrub the bathtubs and faucets and/or the showers and shower doors 
• Remove hard water stains using a solution of vinegar and water 
• Sanitize the toilets, making sure to clean inside, outside, around, and behind 
• Dust the windowsills, vents, and fans
• Empty and wipe down the trashcan 
• Sweep and mop the floors 
• Ensure there are enough amenities, such as hand soap and toilet paper 
• Check the entire bathroom for wear-and-tear, mold, and other damage 
• Ensure bathroom items, such as the hairdryer, toothbrush holder, soap dispenser, and more, are arranged nicely 

           Bedrooms

•  Remove mattress protector, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets
•  Wash linens properly 
• Dust the tops of dressers and nightstands before vacuuming
•  Wipe down surfaces, such as ceiling fans and décor 
• Clean smudges from windows and dust windowsills 
• Disinfect high-touch items like light switches and TV remotes 
• Check the room for any personal belongings (if found, notify host) 
• Ensure there’s no damage on bedding, furniture, and other items 
• Vacuum the floors, including under the bed 
• Empty the trash cans and wipe them down 
• Make sure the bedrooms are stocked with necessary inventory
• Remake the bed with a fresh set of bedding 
• Ensure any décor, artwork are arranged nicely 

We provide move-in/move-out cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. 

• Baseboards
• Wipe down doors, doorknobs and door panels
• Dusting of light fixtures(includes ceiling fans
• Wiping of chair rails (If applicable)
• Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers
• Dusting Blinds and vents
• Wipe window sills
• Clean interior windows 
• Full bathroom sanitation( toilets, tubs, showers, and mirrors)
• Refrigerator( interior and exterior
• Microwave
• Clean and wipe Stove top
• Disinfect all countertop surfaces
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors and carpet areas
•  Dust all corners of walls
• Add cleaner and run dishwasher(If applicable)

        Client Checklist

-Clients are to be sure to clear any and all {furniture, food, bulky trash items and dishes}

-Ensure that the property is empty and ready for cleaning

-Cleaning should be scheduled in advance aside from any other services being conducted inside the property. This is recommended to ensure a proper cleaning and coverage of cleaning time necessary for completion. This is also helpful in the event that client has a schedule for completion, errands, etc. so that services can be provided thoroughly. This avoids inconvenience for clients and provider of services.
